What is KLOW?

Each part has its own research. BPC-157 has 15 amino acids. TB-500 copies a short stretch of thymosin beta-4. GHK-Cu is a 3 amino acid copper peptide, and KPV is a 3 amino acid piece of alpha-MSH.

Our search found no study of the mix itself, so this page labels every study with the one peptide it is about.

Four separate research records sit behind this vial, one per part, and not one for the four combined.

Good to know

This page does not state how the total splits between the four. If the split matters to your work, ask in the chat before you order.

KLOW's four parts, one study each

  • Review of BPC-157 research, 2025. Of 36 BPC-157 studies on injuries to muscle, tendon and bone, one was clinical; the rest came from animals or the lab.
  • TB-500 animal study, 2025. Burned eye surfaces in animals were the test, with the TB-500 sequence held in a gel.
  • GHK-Cu review, 2015. A skin review of GHK and collagen in lab and animal work.
  • KPV animal study, 2008. With KPV, gut inflammation signals were measured in human cells, and colon swelling in mice.

This page names four papers, from 2008 to 2025, one on each part alone: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. None looks at the mix. Each of the four has a small research base, mostly animal and lab work. No study found looks at the four together.

How to read this

With four peptides in one vial, the useful question is what is known about each part, and that is how the research list on this page is built. BPC-157 has a big animal record from one main group. TB-500 has only a few papers of its own. GHK-Cu has decades of skin research. KPV has cell and rodent work. No study found tests the four together, so any claim about the mix goes beyond what has been studied.

The KLOW paper trail

The four papers ran in the HSS Journal in 2025, ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces in 2025, BioMed Research International in 2015 and Gastroenterology in 2008, one per part. The makeup of this vial was checked against supplier listings; the split of the total between the four was not.
